How long will it take for me to get my order?

We are making sure that everyone’s orders are carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. For regular Ground Shipping, our warehouse processing time is currently 2-3 business days before your order will ship. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order, as well as delivery notifications! Please note, nationwide shipping delays are impacting several orders causing many packages to experience longer shipping times. We really appreciate your patience and support as we navigate these crazy times together! 

Ground Shipping: Once your order ships, it will take 3 to 8 business days for delivery in the 48 contiguous United States, based on how far you are from our warehouses in Kingston, NY.

• Estimated delivery time for the west coast is 6-8 business days.
• Estimated delivery time for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is 10 to 15 business days.

Express Shipping:

Expedited orders must be placed before 11am EST to ship same day.

Once your order ships, it will take an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. UPS does not deliver packages on the weekends.

Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to our company. If you are not happy with the item and it is within 30 days, please feel free to ship it back for a full refund. 

Please note: all shipping and handling fees are non refundable. It will be the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping costs. LoveShuShi.com will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit since we are using an outside carrier. 

Online Purchases

Items purchased online may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a safe delivery to us.

• Re-package your item in a secure box (preferably the original packaging) with your name, email address, phone number, and order ID inside.
• Please indicate the reason for your return to allow us to better help you.

Damaged Items

When sending your email please include:

• Please let us know if you want to exchange the item or if you would like a refund (please make sure the refund follows our policy)
• Finally, if possible please upload a photo of the item. We want to make sure you have the correct product. 

Refund Process

As a small business we try to provide you with the most accurate and effective refund process. It may take 2-3 weeks from the shipping date to accredit your refund back. Depending on your bank it could take 3-5 business days to see the refund appear on your billing statement.
