Customer satisfaction is very important to our company. If you are not happy with the item and it is within 30 days, please feel free to ship it back for a full refund. 

Please note: all shipping and handling fees are non refundable. It will be the customers responsibility to pay the return shipping costs. LoveShuShi.com will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit since we are using an outside carrier. 

 

Online Purchases

Items purchased online may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a safe delivery to us. 

  • Please email us at support@loveshushi.com for the return mailing address
  • Re-package your item in a secure box (preferably the original packaging) with your name, email address, phone number, and order ID inside.
  • Please indicate the reason for your return to allow us to better help you.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please email support@loveshushi.com 

When sending your email please include:

  • Please let us know if you want to exchange the item or if you would like a refund (please make sure the refund follows our policy)
  • Finally, if possible please upload a photo of the item. We want to make sure you have the correct product. 

 

Refund Process

As a small business we try to provide you with the most accurate and effective refund process. It may take 2-3 weeks from the shipping date to accredit your refund back. Depending on your bank it could take 3-5 business days to see the refund appear on your billing statement.
